Becky Usher Counselling in Southampton and Eastleigh

About Me

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work to the professional and ethical standards as set out in the BACP Ethical Framework. I attend regular supervision to maintain the quality of my work and ensure I am doing the best for my clients. I am fully insured and hold a DBS certificate.

Prior to becoming a qualified counsellor, I worked within the charity sector, local government and in retail. I gained wide ranging experience in these roles, working with people from many different backgrounds.

I have experience supporting clients with a range of issues including anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, processing traumatic experiences and relationship issues. I have worked in a Further Education College Counselling Service and for a local organisation providing counselling people who have been impacted by domestic and sexual abuse.
