Sessions / Fees

I know that seeking out support can be a big step and it is important to find a counsellor you feel comfortable working with. I offer a free initial 20 minute telephone consultation to help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you.

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes and can be offered over the telephone, via zoom or in person at my counselling room.
